The TVDSB Parent Portal is available to parents/guardians who are registered in our student management system as a legal guardian for their child/children and have a valid email address which has been provided to the school and recorded in the system. Each parent/guardian must have their own unique email address.

The Parent Portal provides parents/guardians with the following functionality |
• a single login based on an email address that is entered into our student management system • a single landing page that will allow the parent/guardian to easily navigate through their child's information • the Portal works on phones, tablets and computers • access to online payments • ability to view student attendance for the current school year • ability to view student information • ability to update Parent/Guardian Consent (re: student information sheet, emergency contact list, release of student personal information July-September). All other time periods during the school year, the parent will only be able to view the information online and will have to contact the school if changes are required. • ability to view student report cards for the current school year • ability to complete Individual Plans of Care (IPOC) • if applicable, ability for a parent to consent to view their child's Individual Education Plan (IEP) online. Once consent is given, the parent can view available IEPs for the current school year and provide comments on the most recent one. • links to forms • quick links |
Parents/guardians who have established access to the TVDSB Parent Portal are asked to update the following forms at the beginning of each school year |
• Student Information Sheet – verify data online • Emergency Contact List – verify data online • Parental Consent for Release of Student Information - online data input |
